How It's Made: Mango-Lime Layer

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of diced mango
  • 1 tablespoon of lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon of almond butter
  • 1/2 cup of coconut milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ground turmeric

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a blender.

How It's Made: Raspberry Beet Layer

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of diced beets, cooked
  • 1/2 cup of frozen raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon of maple syrup
  • 1 cup of filtered water or cold green tea

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a blender.
  2. Pour each layer one after the other into your favourite smoothie cup and enjoy!
