A reinvented version of the classic italian vinaigrette!
How It's Made
¾ cup olive oil
1 tablespoon of whole black ProactivChia seeds
1 cup fresh tomatoes
3 tablespoons cider vinegar
2 tablespoons wheat-free tamari sauce or soy sauce
1 tablespoon maple syrup
½ tablespoon dried oregano
1 garlic clove
sea salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
Put all ingredients together in a blender and blend until smooth. Splash on a lovely green salad and enjoy!
