Prep Time 15 minutes
Cook Time 15 minutes
Servings 20 cookies
Mixing powdered hazelnuts with flour makes for a delicious and nutritious switch in this cookie recipe! We couldn't resist adding a few pieces of our new chocolate bark with caramelized nuts and sea salt. They're so addictive that we actually find it hard not to add to every recipe!

How it's made

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mix the dry ingredients together. Add the nut butter and coconut oil and mix into a crumbly dough with your hands.
  2. Add the nut milk and knead to make a ball of dough.
  3. Roll out the dough to about 1/2cm thickness on a sheet of parchment paper. Cut with cookie cutters. Form a ball with the leftover dough and roll out again to make more cookies.
  4. Place the cookies on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Break up the chocolate bark into smaller pieces and add a few to the tops of each cookie. Press the pieces lightly into the cookie.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes at 325°F. The cookies should be light golden brown, and they'll harden once they cool.
