Granola with Prana’s Machu Pichu Fruit & Nut Mix

Granola is a quick and easy way to start your morning and if you choose the right ingredients, it can provide you with the nutrients and energy you need to get your day started off right. Our Machu Pichu granola combines Brazil nuts, almonds, European pumpkin seeds, white mulberries, goldenberries and goji berries with the power of rolled oats. This recipe has been sweetened with natural flavours like maple syrup, raw virgin coconut oil and organic fair-trade spices.

How It's Made


PRESERVATION Preserve granola in a glass airtight container


  1. Preheat oven to 325ᵒF.
  2. In a large bowl combine oats, spices, vanilla and sea salt. Put aside.
  3. In a pot, heat raw virgin coconut oil. Once melted add maple syrup and remove from heat.
  4. Pour the hot coconut-maple mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until oats are well coated.
  5. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the mixture over baking sheet to a 1 inch thickness. Place on the middle rack and cook for 10 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and add Prana Machu Pichu fruit & nut mix. Toss to combine and place baking sheet back into the over for an additional 5 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool. Once at room temperature, mix in chocolate chips and chia seeds. Enjoy!
