Cut the fruits (with peel) into strips and place in a baking dish.
Add 2 tbsp of maple syrup, the arrowroot, ground cinnamon and salt to the fruit. Mix well, place in the oven and bake for 25 minutes.
Meanwhile, mix the oats, pecans, flour and melted vegan butter with the remaining maple syrup and a pinch of salt.
Place the crisp mixture on top of the fruit and bake for 10 more minutes.
Let cool before serving. This crisp is delicious as is, but you can also enjoy it with fresh fruits or vegan ice cream.
