Festive Chocolate Mulberry Pecan Granola

Quick and easy deluxe granola that will make your taste buds tingle! Put in a nice jar and add some raffia ribbon for a wonderful hostess gift. Make this a fun family activity at home!

How It's Made


  • 5 cups rolled oats (not instant oats)
  • 1/2 cup raw European almonds
  • 1/2 cup pecans
  • 1/4 cup Walnuts
  • 2 tbsps ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp Ground Ginger
  • 1 tbsp vanilla essence
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 cup Organic Raw Virgin Coconut Oil
  • 3/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup White Mulberries
  • 1/4 cup European Pumpkin Seeds
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate Chunks 70% Cacao
  • 3 tbsps chia seeds


  1. Preheat oven to 325ᵒF.
  2. Chop nuts roughly. In a large bowl combine oats, nuts, spices, vanilla and sea salt. Reserve bowl on the side.
  3. In a casserole, heat raw virgin coconut oil. Once melted add maple syrup and remove from heat.
  4. Pour the hot coconut oil mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until oats are well coated.
  5. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the mixture over baking sheet to a 1 inch thickness. Make sure that the oat mixture is not compact on the baking sheet and cook in the center of the oven for 10 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and stir mixture, and then put back into the oven for an additional 5 minutes. Meanwhile, mix dried fruits, chia seeds and pumpkin seeds. Remove oat mixture from oven and add fruit/nut mix. Toss to combine.
  7. Place oat and fruit granola mixture back into the oven for an additional 5 minutes. Remove from oven, add chocolate chips and let cool. Enjoy!
