  • 1 cup of homemade almond milk
  • 3 tablespoons of whole chia seeds
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 cups of frozen blueberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup of homemade almond milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • Fresh blueberries, to garnish

Directions

  1. In a mason jar, mix the almond milk, chia seeds and maple syrup. Shake for one minute and let set for 30 minutes, until the chia seeds have puffed up.
  2. While the chia pudding is setting, prepare the blueberry smoothie. Add the blueberries, banana, 1 cup of almond milk and vanilla to your blender and mix until smooth and creamy.
  3. Once the chia pudding is ready, pour into ramekins until halfway full. Top with the blueberry smoothie and gently swirl the two together. Garnish with fresh blueberries and enjoy.
