A refreshing drink to keep you cool during the hot summer months!
How It's Made
454 gr / 1 bag frozen raspberries
4 tablespoons agave syrup
1 bunch fresh mint
4 teaspoons chia seeds
1 litre water
1 litre carbonated water
Soak the chia seeds in 1 1/2 cups of water for 25 minutes. Stir every few minutes.
Squeeze the juice out of 3 lemons and put aside.
Cut the 4th lemon in thin slices and put them in your pitcher.
In a blender, mix the raspberries, lemon juice, half the mint bunch and agave with 1 litre of water.
Pour the mixture through a strainer to remove the raspberry seeds.
Put the mixture in your pitcher and add the litre of carbonated water, the chia gel and the remaining mint leaves.
