Chia-colate Vegan Biscotti

Our biscotti is not only easy to make but it is also 100% vegan & absolutely delicious! What else could you need from a snack! It is the perfect combination of chia, cacao and pistachios that gives you your full daily value of Omega-3's

How it's made


  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp Ground black Chia
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour or all-purpose gluten-free flour
  • ½ cup cacao powder
  • ½ tbsp sea salt
  • 1 cup raw shelled pistachios
  • 1/4 cup melted cacao butter
  • 1 cup Cane Sugar
  • 1 tsp Ground Vanilla Beans
  • 1/3 cup water


  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, pistachio and salt. Set aside.
  2. Blend together all the rest, until it is smooth. Mix dry and wet ingredients together and then knead for a few minutes until it holds together.
  3. Divide the dough into 2 equal pieces. Place each piece on the baking pan (use parchment paper). With your hands shape the dough into a log about 3" wide and 1.5" thick. Bake for 30 minutes. Let it cool outside of the oven for 20 min.
  4. Reduce oven's heat to 300°F. Cut the log into 1" thick pieces and put back in the oven for another 20min, till dry. Enjoy!
