This recipe for a homemade, protein-filled cacao smoothie can easily be made with ingredients most people have on hand! Hemp seeds are extremely high in protein - only 30g of hemp seeds gives you 11g of complete protein, and they're also rich in fibre and omega-3 fatty acids.
