Blueberry Syrup

Impress your guests this holiday season, with this sweet blueberry syrup. Pair it with bubbly champagne for an instant kir cocktail!


How It's Made


  • ½ cup Organic Blueberries, Sweetened with Apple Juice
  • 2 cup water
  • 1 tbsp Organic Raw Blue Agave Syrup (500 ml)


  1. Bring to a boil 2 cups of water in a small saucepan.
  2. Add blueberries et simmer at medium-low heat for approximately 20 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and drain blueberries while reserving the cooking water. add blueberries, 1 cup of cooking water and 1 tbsp of agave syrup and blend for 3 to 4 minutes.
  4. Serve hot over pie or yogourt or serve cold with cider of champagne for an instant kir cocktail!

Trick: Substitute blueberries for the same quantity of apricots to obtain a sweet apricot syrup.
