The key to a lunch your kids will love is mixing and matching! You can put a variety of things in their lunch boxes: sticks of carrots, cucumbers, peppers, some whole edamame beans (really fun to pop!), a little bit of dip or some veggie-pate, crackers, pita or bread pieces, some fruit and a little dessert. You can also use leftovers, as is or tweaked so they won’t notice, and lovely salads.
