The key to a lunch your kids will love is mixing and matching! You can put a variety of things in their lunch boxes: sticks of carrots, cucumbers, peppers, some whole edamame beans (really fun to pop!), a little bit of dip or some veggie-pate, crackers, pita or bread pieces, some fruit and a little dessert. You can also use leftovers, as is or tweaked so they won’t notice, and lovely salads.

In case of doubt, get your kids involved in making their own lunches - the more they contribute, the more they’ll want to eat what they made! Take into consideration their preferences and adapt the recipes accordingly. Here are our best recipes for worry-free lunch making.
