Smoothie bowls are a great way to add some greens and nutrients to your breakfast or afternoon snack. The best part is that you can mix and match top your heart's desire!

How It's Made

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of blackberries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup of spinach
  • 1 cup of Organic Coconut Milk
  • 2 teaspoons of Organic Whole Black Chia Seeds
  • 1/4 cup of Organic Finely Grated Coconut
  • 1 tablespoon of Organic Pumpkin Seeds

Directions

  1. Add the spinach, banana, and coconut milk (or almond) in a blender. Mix for a few pulses, until smooth.
  2. Add the blackberries (save a few for decoration) and blueberries. Mix again for a few seconds.
  3. Pour the mixture into 2 bowls and garnish with chia, shredded coconut and pumpkin seeds. Eat immediately.
