Healthy & delish!Written By: Anne-Marie
LOVE the deep red color and healthy taste! Replaced the hemp seeds with chia seeds, and didn't have dates so I used maple syrup. Would have this a couple of times a week, wondering if I can make a big batch and refrigerate/freeze some? Or will it lose its vitamin/nutritional properties?
PRANA edit: Hi Anne-Marie, you can definitely make a big batch and freeze it!
