How It's Made
½ cup cacao powder
¼ cup organic raw coconut oil, melted
¼ cup melted cacao butter
½ cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla essence
Fresh Fruit for decoration
Blend all ingredients in a food processor or a blender.
Pour into a glass bowl with a tight fitting lid and refrigerate for 2-3 hours to obtain a creamy ‘’mousse’’. To make "Ice Cream '', put the mousse in the freezer overnight.
Serve in a pretty bowl or a nice cup and top with a generous dollop of our coconut whipped cream and fresh fruits like cherries or raspberries.
