Ideal for a back to school snack, these energy bars will add a boost to your day and ready in only 10 minutes.


How It's Made



  1. Chop the dates to make a paste.
  2. Chop the dried apple rings in small pieces and mix them with the shredded coconut, lemon zest, sea salt, vanilla & spices.
  3. Combine all the ingredients together and massage until well combined.
  4. Place the mixture into a pyrex about 1 inch high, refrigerate for 30 minutes. Remove from the fridge, cut into bars. Enjoy!
